Fish Processing
In our primary fish processing plant, we use mainly raw materials from our own production of rainbow trout and salmon trout.
We are proud to have one of the most modern fish gutting enterprises, allowing us to offer a product that is in high demand on the market—gutted rainbow trout with gills. When the fish is fresh, its gills are in bright red color or pink, which is one of the easiest indicators of quality, freshness, and minimal processing.
The integrated production line, which includes a fish gutting machine, accelerates the processing and enhances its efficiency. Thanks to the high degree of automation, we maintain the freshness and excellent appearance of the fish, meeting the high requirements of our customers. Our production capacity enables us to process large quantities of fish just hours before delivery.
In our portfolio, you will find a variety of products, including gutted salmon and rainbow trout under ice and fillets of rainbow and salmon trout under ice. All stages of processing meet with strict control, keeping up with best manufacturing practices and providing products with outstanding quality.

It was developed to ensure food safety, sustainability, and social responsibility in the aquaculture production chain.
